If your lenses are inaccurate or damaged, exchange them for free by emailing us at info@maxieyes.com within 14 days to receive return-shipping labels. Our 30-Day Exchange Policy includes free exchanges for the same product, with free shipping both ways and original packaging required. International orders follow the same policies, with return shipping credited for incorrect or damaged items.

To exchange an item, obtain an RMA number and follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service for an RMA number.

2. The RMA expires after 30 days; exchanges won't be accepted without a valid RMA number.

3. Return products in original packaging with unused items.

4. Write the RMA number on the package or return shipping label.

5. For lost packages, we aren't responsible. Ship exchanges prepaid by a trackable carrier (e.g., UPS, Federal Express).
